About us
Helpyhub was born from an experience we've all lived: the frustration of searching for a service and not finding the right person.
š Our Story: From Frustration, Trust Was Born
For us, it all started with a broken refrigerator. More than 40 days of wrong diagnoses by three different technicians, and the simple truth was a fuse. At that moment, we understood the real difficulty in finding suitable and honest professionals. At the same time, we also knew that talented professionals had a hard time getting clients efficiently and affordably.
It was the union of these two needs that drove our team to build Helpyhub: a platform that not only connects, but guarantees trust for the user and generates real opportunities for the Helper.
āØ Helpyhub's Dual Mission
Our mission is to help people thrive, eliminating barriers and promoting Truthfulness, Trust, Effectiveness and Honesty in every interaction.
For the Helper:
Provide the opportunity to work, generate better income and grow, regardless of your location or support network. We help you so that your talent is the only limit.
For the User:
Offer a simple and secure solution for all your service requirements. We want you to find solutions, not problems.
š” Our Real-Life Impact
Helpyhub's success is our community's success. We are deeply inspired to see how our platform is transforming businesses:
A surveyor who was spending a lot of money on advertising now gets more than four major jobs in three months just through the app.
A tutoring teacher managed to fill her schedule with new clients, finding the job stability she was looking for.
A user was able to organize a complete event (photographer, DJ, catering, decoration...) easily and efficiently in one place.
š Our Future Dream
We dream of becoming the leading global Super App; the world's reference platform where people seeking help or clients think of Helpyhub first. We want to have a presence in the world's major cities, helping millions of people achieve better income and tailored solutions.
Our Commitment
We were created by a need and built with the passion to offer a solution. We invite you to be part of this community of trust and opportunities.
