Becoming a Helper is a simple process that connects you directly with your next job:

Receive Requests

Users post their needs. You'll receive notifications for jobs that match your skills and service area.

Apply and Propose Your Price

Review the request details and apply to perform the service. You can accept the price proposed by the client or respond by proposing your own rate.

Connect and Agree

The client will review your profile and offer. When they select you, service details are confirmed, Helpycoins are deducted from you, and chat is enabled so you can finish defining the details.

Verification Code

Once chat is enabled, a unique 6-digit verification code is generated which you must give to the user when you arrive at the service location to start the services.

Earn and Rate

Perform the service. You receive payment directly from the user when the work is finished. Then, the client will leave a rating on your profile. And you can rate the client too...!! Here reputation counts

How It Works:

Pre-Load Required: You must have Helpycoins pre-loaded in your Helper profile to be able to apply for service requests.
Deduction When Selected: Only 1, 2, or 3 Helpycoins will be deducted from you (depending on the complexity and type of work) WHEN THE USER SELECTS YOU to perform the service. The number of Helpycoins to be deducted will be defined in the request.
Acquisition: You can buy Helpycoin packages through the mobile app.

Verification and Security Validation Process

It's mandatory to upload the necessary documentation (identification, verification/proof documents, etc.). Our team will review and validate your profile. (this process will be carried out periodically to update the validation, remember that your security and that of users is fundamental)
