1. What is Helpyhub and what kind of at-home services can I find?
Helpyhub is a digital platform and mobile app that connects users with independent service providers and companies. Our catalog includes general services such as plumbing and electrical work, personal care, health, wellness, pet services, and professional consulting.
2. In which cities in Colombia can I request a professional through the app?
Helpyhub is currently available in Colombia's main cities, including Bogotá, Medellín, Cali and Barranquilla. We are also present in cities such as Cartagena, Bucaramanga, Pereira, Santa Marta, Manizales and more.
3. What is the process for hiring plumbers, electricians or tutors on the platform?
First, you submit a request specifying the service you need. Then you receive applications from several Helpers, choose the one you prefer based on their ratings, and when the job is done, you rate their work.
4. Is there any extra cost or commission for users who hire a home service?
No. As a user, you only pay the Helper you hire for their work, with no additional charges or hidden commissions from us.

5. I'm an independent professional. How much commission does Helpyhub charge on completed jobs?
At Helpyhub we have a 0% commission model on your fees. You set your own rate and keep 100% of the earnings for the work you do.
6. What are Helpycoins and how do they work for service providers?
Helpycoins are Helpyhub's digital token system, for use only within Helpyhub. They operate in a closed economy, are not real money and are non-refundable, and work solely as exchange tokens to access opportunities in the app.
7. When are tokens deducted from my Helper account?
Tokens are only deducted from your account when a successful connection (Match) happens, that is, when a client specifically chooses you for the job.
8. How much do the token packages for getting clients cost?
We offer several packages, starting with the Starter package of 20 Helpycoins (tokens) for $20.000 COP, up to the Elite package of 250 Helpycoins for $200.000 COP. The current average usage is 15 tokens per successful connection.

10. How do you guarantee safety and quality when hiring trainers, stylists or repair technicians?
We build trust through a system of verified profiles for our Helpers. We also have a transparent system of real ratings and reviews left by other clients.
